Put TBC on your phone
About a minute. There is nothing to download from a store — your phone turns this website into an app with its own icon. Follow the pictures.
Step 1: Open the link in Safari
It has to be Safari — the blue compass — not Chrome or the Instagram browser. If the link opened somewhere else, copy it and paste it into Safari.
Step 2: Tap the three dots in the bottom right
Newer iPhones keep Share inside this menu rather than on the toolbar, so look for ••• in the bottom-right corner.
Step 3: Tap “Share” in the menu
The menu slides up from the bottom. Share is near the top of it.
Step 4: Scroll down and tap “Add to Home Screen”
The menu that slides up has a list of grey rows. Swipe up on that list until you see Add to Home Screen, then tap it.
Step 5: Tap “Add” in the top-right corner
That’s it. The TBC icon appears on your home screen with your other apps.
Step 6: Open it from the icon and say yes to notifications
From now on, open TBC from the home-screen icon, not from Safari. The first time, go to Meand turn on notifications — on iPhone that only works from the installed app, and it’s how you hear that a game is cancelled.
